Assistant, case management – ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
We are currently recruiting an Assistant to work with the case management teams of our Dispute Resolution Services.

We are currently recruiting an Assistant to work with the case management teams of our Dispute Resolution Services.
The role
- Daily mail (preparation of letters, correction, formatting, sending out emails and express courier letters and follow up on their delivery)
- Electronic and paper archiving
- Follow up of cases under the supervision of case managers
- Database management for the procedures if the ICC International Court of Arbitration
- Preparing Court’s documents and notification of Court’s decisions
Requirements
- Well organised, efficient, and able to work autonomously with initiative
- Excellent computer skills (mainly Microsoft Word and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a multicultural team
- Have some administrative experience
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Knowledge of another language such as French or Spanish is a plus

Contract type and duration: Permanent (CDI), full time. Candidates should have their administrative work done and should have the authorisation to work in France.
