Internship – Marketing and Promotion, ICC Dispute Resolution Services (Paris)
We are looking for a dynamic intern to join our Marketing and Promotion team of ICC Dispute Resolution Services

The Marketing and Promotion team of ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) promotes DRS services globally ensuring worldwide visibility. The team coordinates the activities and events organised by the regional directors and national committees, as well as those of ICC YAAF (Young Arbitration and ADR Forum).
We are looking for a dynamic intern to join our Marketing and Promotion team of ICC Dispute Resolution Services. Starting in September 2024, the internship is full-time, running for a period of 6 months..
The role
Under the guidance of our DRS Senior Promotion and Engagement Lead, you will gain firsthand experience in the promotion and marketing of ICC Arbitration and Amicable Dispute Resolution (ADR) worldwide.
Your mission and learning opportunities:
- Logistical support with the organisation of ICC events, namely trainings, conferences, meetings, competitions, moots and visits, including registration desk help and name tag preparation.
- Promotion of events including correspondence with contacts and partners, preparing email sends and drafting promotional material;
- Compile statistics for periodical reports;
- Support creation of guidelines and best practice toolkits;
- Administrative tasks and preparation of documents and conference materials, including PowerPoint presentations and event template editing for web page updates;
- Draft minutes and assisting in preparing background documents and briefing material for meetings;
- Help organise in-person and virtual events, visits and meetings via Microsoft Teams Meetings/Live Events or Zoom. Ability to moderate meetings and visits;
- Update the calendar of ICC Dispute Resolution Services’ activities worldwide;
- Any tasks required to support the smooth functioning of the team.
Your profile
- Preference will be given to students in marketing, communications, management, business, international relations, dispute resolution and other similar disciplines with strong academic credentials and prior work or internship experience.
- Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude to work..
- Computer and software literate(Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams Meeting, Zoom and PDF, Canva, SharePoint).
- Knowledge of project management, design, and editing platforms would be a plus.
Important information before applying
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- The six-month internship programmes are full-time and the average working week is 35 hours.
- Our interns receive a monthly gratification of about €750 gross + meal vouchers + partial compensation (70%) of public transport costs.
