Task Force on the Revision of the ICC Rules of Arbitration
Chaired by Peter Wolrich (United States) , Co-Chaired by Michael Bühler (Germany) and W. Laurence Craig (France)

The Task Force on the Revision of the ICC Rules of Arbitration was created in October 2008.

The Task force was mandated to:

  • To study all suggestions received from National Committees, members of the ICC, users of the ICC rules of arbitration, Court members and members of the Secretariat;
  • To determine if amendments to the ICC rules of arbitration are useful or necessary;
  • To make any recommendations for the amendment of the ICC rules of arbitration that the Task Force deems to be useful or necessary.

The Task Force is composed of over 175 members from 41 different countries.
