T he Commission held its first semi-annual meeting in Paris. Prior to receiving Task Force reports, the attendees were addressed by Guy Sebban, Secretary General of the ICC, who stressed the importance of arbitration and dispute resolution services. Other topics have been addressed to the members of the Commission such as the 2007 Revision of the ICC Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600), the work of the European Commission regarding ADR in civil and commercial matters and the activities of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and its Secretariat.
