Clause on the Binding Effect of a DOCDEX Decision

Users are reminded that under Article 1.4 of the DOCDEX Rules, unless otherwise agreed, a DOCDEX decision shall not be binding upon the parties.

Should the parties wish to make the DOCDEX decision binding, they should therefore make provision for this, either in a joint request or otherwise.
