Requests to the ICC Dispute Board Centre



Under the ICC DB Rules, ICC does not administer Dispute Board proceedings, but plays a subsidiary role, performing specific functions as described below.



What kind of requests ?

ICC may be called upon to:



- Appoint a DB member;

The request should include a copy of the parties' agreement to establish a Dispute Board in accordance with the ICC Dispute Board Rules and any observations, comments or requests relevant to the appointment.



- Decide on a challenge of a DB member and/or;



- Review a DB Decision as to form.

Accompanying payment

Each request must be accompanied by a non-refundable payment of US$ 2 500.
