Competition Rules and Instructions

The Competition Rules and Instructions (the “Rules”) will govern the 5th ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.  According to the Rules, teams are judged on the effective use of advocacy, their cooperative problem-solving skills, and their approach to the mediation process. 

The Competition Rules are modified each year.  It is important, therefore, to read them carefully.
