Mediation is more and more attractive
January 2010  Mediation is a technique to settle disputes which is used more and more in international business and accordingly, needs for information also increased in the past years. In addition to its International Commercial Mediation Competiton, ICC ADR offers conferences. The next one will be held on 11 February 2010. At a national level, CMAP, a separate institution of ICC, proposes its 2nd mediation competition, which will be held in French, and thus is addressed to french speaking countries, on 17-18 March 2010.
